Our topic this week is ‘All About Me!’. This week we have welcomed lots of new children to pre-school. The children have been getting to know each other and exploring pre-school.

Activities/provision this week:

•  Home corner – The children have enjoyed playing in the home corner, pretending to cook and play families
• Dolls house – The children have been playing with miniature people and our dolls house/furniture.
• Small world – The children have been playing with familiar characters such as, Bluey, Peppa pig and Hey Duggee.
• Playdough – The children have been playing with miniature people, pets and houses.
• Craft – The children have made their own colour monster using different craft materials.
• Construction – The children have been building with different size blocks and Duplo.
• Reading den – The children have been listening to lots of familiar stories and fairytales.
